Our office is available for rent for your next production. We keep our space flexible on purpose, and we're happy to host. Get in touch with us about your needs, and we can usually build something that makes your life easier!

Our space is just over 1,500 square feet total, with three availble rooms, a lobby, kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

Welcome to the space! You'll walk into a storefront and be greeted by our front desk person, and you're invited to sit down and relax. If you need someone to run the front desk during your stay, just let us know.

studio 01

Studio One is our larger studio, at 22'x22' - it's a big box with no windows so you can control your casting light all day. This is the space where we usually hold auditions, and forge film acting hosts acting classes in the evening.

Great for a zoom callback, VO recording, or a short coaching, our small room keeps it tight with everything you could need, packaed into one place. This is a great spot for hair and makeup, or a changing room for your fitting.

back office

The back office is a great space to review tape, have meetings, and expand into as your production needs to. It's been used as a set, conference room, and a footage review room.

Make yourself at home with our kitchenette. We have a fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a teakettle, and several warm-beverage serving vessels. We keep the fridge stocked with water and fizzy water, but if you have special requests, please let us know.

Our washroom is ADA compliant, so it's convenient for everyone. There's a charge protected outlet if someone needs to shave, too!

Ammenities

• Front Desk Staff - We have folks who are ready to run your front desk and act as a space liason for you, directing people where they need to go as they get there

• Session Runners - Hosting a casting? We have session runners available to run the camera (or the whole casting) for you as needed.

• Great Food Closeby - We're right next door to the third-best slice in the nation (according to the International Pizza Committee, which is a real thing) with Jimmy's Pizza Cafe. We have Backlot coffee on the other side, and Small Cheval just down the street.

Tech Capabilities

• Cameras - We have casting-grade cameras available for rent, and they come with someone to run them

• Microphones - Record the highest quality sound with our Rhode mics or one of our Lav packs

• Studio Lighting - LED lighting is hung to be out of the way, and does not emit any light

• Monitors - Our lobby, Studio 01 and Back Office all have TVs available for your viewing pleasure

• Tables + Chairs - We have tables and (up to 25) chairs available, and we'll set them how you like them
